We have extensive fabrication facilities in our well equipped workshop and our highly skilled workforce are also comfortable carrying out site fabrications when required.
Our experienced fabricators and coded welders allow us to deliver challenging projects while ensuring the client’s specifications are constantly met.
Our team are comfortable working with a range of materials, including stainless steel and aluminium, as well as carbon steel.
As well as our fabrication facilities, we also have an extensive machine shop run by time served machinists from various backgrounds such as, hydraulic, pneumatic and automotive.
Having this under the same roof as our fabrication and welding facilities allows us to provide a more complete manufacturing and repair service to our customers.
Whether its carbon steel, or stainless, our team are comfortable working with varying sizes. We can fabricate new pipework sections for installation, as well as removal and replacement and on site repair work.
We are also able to offer a design service for your project and produce full working drawings for our fabrications and machining work when required. We produce dxf files for all of our repeat work to speed up manufacture as well as ensuring all alterations can be made smoothly.
Our design team use a 3d modelling system, enabling us to issue images of the proposed work for clarity prior to manufacture. This enables us to speed up our machining and fabrication while ensuring all materials and labour is quoted accurately and ensuring we are offering the best possible service at a competitive price.
